JR is excited for the opportunity to perform again at Arts Express! You may have seen JR as Riff Raff in The Rocky Horror Show, Eddie in Sister Act, Jake in Side Show, Johnny Casino/Teen Angel in Grease, or as a part of many other AET productions since starting in musical theater. JR does not have any formal theater studies. But, he has over a decade of experience in the performing arts. From Rocking with the troops while on deployment in Qatar, to All-Region Tenor Saxophone + Choir in his school days, even flying across the ring as a Professional Wrestler in the Carolinas. As always, JR dedicates his performances to his Grandma Bala.
