RESERVED PRIVATE-TABLE SEATING
Arts Express Theatre will provide reserved private-table seating for all ticket holders. In addition, when you buy a seat(s) at a table (up to 6 seats at a standard height table and up to 4 at a bar height table), the remaining seats are not available for purchase by another party. Tickets are available in advance on this website or by calling (520) 319-0400
ENTRY
The house opens 20 minutes before curtain time - please be ready to seat at that time, with assistance and accommodations for patrons with special needs. Patrons are welcome to wait for seating in the nearby outdoor spaces.
FRESH AIR
The Arts Express Theatre space is outfitted with economizer HVAC units, which ensure a consistent exchange of fresh air for all to enjoy!
CONTACT FREE SEATING
No hard copy tickets will be required - patrons will give their names upon entry into the theatre.
LIMITED CAPACITY
Audience capacity will be limited to 60% capacity utilizing socially-distanced private tables.
MASKS
Arts Express Theatre requires ALL patrons to wear masks while indoors. Clean masks will be available for use if needed.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space to spread out before and after the show, as well as during intermission. We ask that everyone be mindful of others, maintaining social distance whenever possible.
DISPOSABLE PLAYBILL
Abbreviated, disposable playbills will be provided for each table. They will be thrown out after each show. Actor and production team bios and headshots and sponsor information are provided in the lobby.
CLEANLINESS
Frequently touched surfaces will be disinfected before every performance. In addition, hand sanitizer is readily available in the lobby area.
RESTROOM FACILITIES
Audience members will use the nearby Park Place Mall public restrooms as needed. These restrooms are sanitized regularly by the Park Place staff.
CONCESSIONS
Prepackaged snacks and drinks are available for audience enjoyment.
WELLNESS & INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATIONS
If you are sick, please stay home! Tickets for another Arts Express show will be issued at no additional expense. While we are making our best efforts to insure a clean and safe environment in our theatre, we can’t eliminate all risk of infection. Please consider your individual circumstances in deciding whether to join us in person
